The Bliss Centre for the Performing Arts is located on the Southern Foreshore in downtown Belize City. It sits right beside the Law Library and the Supreme Court building, overlooking the historic Belize River as it empties out into the Caribbean Sea. From its position along the shoreline, visitors to the Bliss can look directly across the river to the Fort St. Tourism Village, which continues to be the port of entry for cruise ship passengers to Belize.
